Other Reasons Why Plants are Important

There are many other reasons why plants are important. For example, many things are made out of trees' wood. Some chairs and most tables are made out of wood. Not to mention almost all clip boards are made out of wood. What would you write on. Not to mention that pencils and paper are made out of wood or in the paper's case very thin strips of wood. That means that you also wouldn't be able to write either. Also most houses are made out of wood  so, if there aren't any trees or plants all the houses would be made out of stone or we would be living in tents.

Another reason why trees and other plants are important is because some have cures for sickness or they have inspired inventors to make a pill that resembles the medicine in the plant like aspirin. This has saved the lives of many people. For example the cure for cancer had been found in an Amazon rain forest flower. Not to mention that willow bark which has been known to cure headaches made it possible for aspirin to be created.
